Our Process
Ready.. Set.. GO!
Step 1
Our installation team will prep your project area’s surface. Our Team has the skills and equipment to get this Done. We Use high-quality diamond tooling to Prep the surface of the concrete.
Step 2
After Prepping the projects surface Our Team will repair any cracks or damaged areas needing Repair. These minor flaws are repaired with Polyurea Crack Fillers or Cementitious Fillers which are ready to coat in as little as 15 minutes.
Step 3
After Repairs Our Team Applies a Moisture Vapor Barrier / Base coat. With Professional Installation our base coats reach maximum adhesion and becomes a permanent part of your floor.
Step 4
After our Base/Primer coat our team will apply
- Flake- Vinyl chips in whatever design and color you have chosen for your project.
- Quartz Sand
- Custom Design Coat in a Metallic or Solid Color Epoxy
Step 5
- Our Team will Begin the scraping and collection of Flake
- Thoroughly Clean surface before applying our Top and final coat.
Step 6
The final step to our process is the installation of our Top Coat
- Polyaspartic top coat that is 100% antibacterial/UV Protection
Metallic/Solid Epoxy Gloss Top Coat
- Long-lasting protection for various surfaces
